Provision of technical assistance pending the establishment of the PMU, to undertake the following tasks: (1) ad hoc assistance and training to the PMU director and staff (including preparation of terms of reference); (2) preparation of PMU tender and participation in PMU tender evaluation committee; (3) development of a framework for a communication strategy for communicating the Bulgarian government’s economic reform programme; (4) preparation and finalisation of ToR for the launching of a nation-wide awareness campaign for communicating economic reform.
