The overall objective of this assignment is to support the continuation of the concept of the Bankers Training in RE/EE financing topics - initiated by the INOGATE Programme. - Technical assistance will be provided that will strengthen the future of the E-learning Training Programme that is being developed by EBRD. The specific activities include the following:
1) Provide Video Support to E-Learning Training Programme;
2) Review E-Learning Training Programme being developed;
3) Review of the existing INOGATE training materials inclusive of proposals for changes in the contents and summarizing lessons learned to be used as input for the EBRD development of e-learning courses on EE/RES;
4) Provide in-put to EBRD on E-Learning Training Programme being developed by EBRD;
5) Provide in-put for future video support to E-Learning Training Programme
