The purpose of this project was to assist Coal Sector of ElektroPrivreda Srbije (EPS) with improving efficiency, cost effectiveness and coal mines reliability through a review of the present maintenance practices, systems and capacity, and the identification of improvements, including potentially computerised maintenance management systems.
