Technical assistance for the setting-up of the CFCU and the National Fund in Hungary

Preparation of a Business Plan for the two new organisations, the CFCU and NF, including budgetary forecasts, scope of activities, and preparation of a timetable for the activities foreseen. Design of an organogramme of the new structures, preparation of staff profiles, assistance in recruitment and training of staff. Provision of Procedures Manual for CFCU Operations and delineation of responsibilities and functions of the CFCU in relation to the NF and relevant Ministries. Monitoring, evaluation and assessment of the effective and transparent functioning of the new structure
