Assistance was provided in the development of a strategy for the attraction of foreign direct investment to the Maribor Region which provides technology transfer linkages to the region’s SMEs. EIR was also responsible for the communication and promotion components of the newly formed Maribor Regional Development Agency especially concerning its key areas of work: SME development, Foreign Direct Investment and Tourism. Development of a newsletter for the agency, an Internet Homepage and a range of other promotional material for FDI attraction.
