Authoring of UNECE Renewable Energy Status Report – REN21

EIR Global managed preparation and drafting of a regional renewable energy report covering South-East and Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia and the Russian Federation. The report covers industry, market, policy and investment developments in renewable energy and energy efficiency in the concerned countries. EIR Global mobilized almost 20 local contributors for the purpose of data gathering on latest policy, regulatory and legislative developments as well as the latest projects and renewable capacity installed. EIR Global also managed to assemble contributions from almost 40 local stakeholders who contributed to completing the overview of the region’s situation in terms of renewable energy and energy efficiency. The report is planned to be launched at 7 December 2015 at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris.
