The overall objective of this assignment was to assist the Ministry of Economy in the process of developing and proposing for adoption primary legislation acts that will transpose Directives 2009/72/EC concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity & 2009/73/EC concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas into the national legislation in compliance with requirements of Moldova under the Energy Community Treaty (“the EnCT”).
