Revelle Group is shortlisted and preparing a tender for the project “Support to the implementation of the European Union High Level Advisers' mission 2019-2021”. We are currently looking for an expert for the position of Team Leader.

The overall objective of the project is to support the Government to implement its reform Agenda and in particular to assist the government in developing the capacities required for the implementation of the Association Agreement (AA), including the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), as well as to ensure the necessary follow-up for the post Visa Liberalisation stage. Specifically, the project aims at strengthening policy-making at sector level, strategic planning and policy management capacities, enhancing stakeholders’ knowledge and awareness of EU policies, legislation and regulations. Specific advice will be given to ensure the political, institutional and financial feasibility of the reforms in order to ensure their effective implementation.

Qualifications and skills

  • University degree in the field of Political Science, Economics, Law or any other related field or equivalent relevant professional experience of at least 1600 working days on top of the general professional experience requested below.
  • Proven knowledge of project management
  • Proven knowledge of project management techniques and tools;
  • Proven knowledge in human resources management;
  • General understanding of the EU policies and institutional set-up and ideally familiarity with the Commission's administrative and financial procedures;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

General professional experience

  • At least 1,600 working days of proven professional experience in general project management including: people management and/or strategic planning and/or risk management and/or conflict management and/or change management

Specific professional experience

  • Proven experience as a team leader in a EU-funded technical assistance (service) contract in which the expert's input was at least 600 working days
  • At least 1,000 working days of proven professional experience in management of EU funded and/or EU co-funded projects.
