Position: Team Leader / Communication Expert

Revelle Group is shortlisted and preparing a tender for the project ‘Management of the EU Info Centre and the EU Info Points 2018 in Bosnia and Herzegovina’. We are currently looking for an expert for the position of Team Leader / Communication Expert.
The overall objective of the project is to manage the EU Info Centre in Sarajevo and the EU Info Points in Banja Luka, Mostar and Brcko District, to increase the knowledge among citizens of the country’s accession process and the general understanding of the EU, its policies and programmes.
Main Tasks
The Team Leader / Communication Expert will be responsible for strategic guidance, overall coordination and full management of the team, including the staff of the EU info Centre and EU Info Points. The Team Leader must have good knowledge of the media, government and public institutions as well as civil society organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and broad knowledge of EU-BiH relations in order to be able to fully understand and address the public activities under this contract.
Qualifications and skills
- A university degree Bachelor Degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of 3 years of study in a university of equivalent institution) or 3 year experience above the general professional experience required below;
- Working knowledge of any BiH official language would be an advantage.
General professional experience
- Minimum 7 years, preferably 10 years of professional experience in the implementation of projects in the field of public relations, communication and information, media and press.
Specific professional experience
- Management of a minimum of 2 communication projects aimed at the general public (EU communication, elections, public awareness campaigns, issue/policy advocacy, etc.) over the last 7 years with a minimum duration of 1 year each;
- Team management experience of at least 1 year.
