Revelle Group is shortlisted and preparing a tender for the project Reinforced implementation of visibility and communication activities of the IPA programm’. We are currently looking for an expert for the position of PR and communication Expert / trainer.
The project aims to increase the level of public awareness about the EU financial support to Serbia and the EU integration process in general. The project will include various information and communication activities using a variety of tools with the aim of building public awareness on the EU as the biggest donor in Serbia and by this contributing to the increased public support for the accession process based on well-informed and realistic expectations.
Main Tasks
The PR Expert will be responsible for conceptualizing, coordinating and implementing training sessions on communication and PR and visibility. In addition, the expert will work closely with the Team Leader and the EUD Project Manager, as well as with a representative from SEIO, in the implementation of activities.
S/he is expected to have experience in working with different target groups and/or multipliers (civil society, media, academia, government, business, other) preferably in Serbia.
Qualifications and skills
- A university degree in journalism, political science, public relations, communications, PR, languages or other relevant field. A master’s degree or more is considered an asset.
General professional experience
- At least 5 or preferably 7 years of professional experience in public relations, communications and media training;
Specific professional experience
- Experience in directly working with EU financial assistance programmes of at least 2, preferably 3 projects in the last 5 years;
- Experience of at least three years in the provision of training in the field of public relations, and communications, particularly in institutional relations and for international donors, in the last 10 years
- Experience in directly working with EU financial assistance programmes in Serbia will be an advantage.
